Account & Login

All Thornline Labs apps support Sign in with Apple for secure, private authentication. If you're having trouble signing in, make sure you're using the same Apple ID you originally used to create your account.

Subscriptions & Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple. To manage, cancel, or request a refund for a subscription, go to Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can also visit reportaproblem.apple.com for refund requests.

Restoring Purchases

If you've reinstalled an app or switched devices, you can restore your previous purchases. Look for the "Restore Purchases" option in the app's settings or store screen. This will sync your existing subscriptions and token balance.

Swappr Tokens

Tokens are the in-app currency used in Swappr. New users receive 100 free tokens upon signup. You can earn more tokens by completing work for other users, or purchase additional token packs from the in-app store. Tokens are used to request skills, boost your offers, and more.

Data & Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use Sign in with Apple to minimize the personal information we collect, and we never sell your data to third parties.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account from within any of our apps. Go to Profile, then Settings, and select "Delete Account." This action is permanent and will remove all your data from our servers within 30 days.
