Account & Login

Swappr supports email sign-in as well as Sign in with Apple and Google. If you're having trouble signing in, use the same method you originally used to create your account — and email us if you're stuck.

Subscriptions & Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple. To manage, cancel, or request a refund for a subscription, go to Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can also visit reportaproblem.apple.com for refund requests.

Restoring Purchases

If you've reinstalled an app or switched devices, you can restore your previous purchases. Look for the "Restore Purchases" option in the app's settings or store screen. This will sync your existing subscriptions and token balance.

How swapping works

Swappr is skill-for-skill first: you trade something you can do for something you need — guitar lessons for web design, plumbing for meal prep. Tokens exist only to even out a trade when the two sides aren't a clean match. You can earn tokens by doing work for other members, or buy a token pack if you'd rather top up. Every swap is held in escrow with milestones until both sides are satisfied.

Data & Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use Sign in with Apple to minimize the personal information we collect, and we never sell your data to third parties.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account from within any of our apps. Go to Profile, then Settings, and select "Delete Account." This action is permanent and will remove all your data from our servers within 30 days.
